We live with the river and the tide. When water rises on Estrella, when a sari-sari store needs its clearance, when a street light goes dark — the hall should not be a morning queue you cannot leave the children for. This desk, and this app, exist so you can file from home and still be seen.
Bring us incidents, papers, and the small problems of the block. We will answer with a ticket you can follow. May we keep the canals clear, the court open, and every purok counted.
